Microsoft 365 Copilot version two also comes with tools for harnessing content across work, web and pages in one’s document. As stated by the Redmond giant company, close to a thousand clients used Copilot. So far, Microsoft has carried out more than 700 product changes and shipped over 150 new features. The response paradigm is powerful for performance enhancement and includes a cutover to the GPT-4o model.
In this section, we will consider some of the main statements that were delivered at the event called Microsoft ‘Copilot’ Wave 2:
What is Copilot Pages:
Copilot Pages is a new AI component that nurtures a persistent and dynamic collaborative canvas for a multi-user generation of AI-powered graphics. It enables the fact that user to start a conversation in Microsoft 365 Business Chat (BizChat) and rigorously turn all the organizational content into a knowledge and insight base.
It changes the temporality of the AI content turning it into a document that can be better edited and hosted by members of the team in a degree via a link where other’s revisions can be made in what is known as real time.
“Working on a page in Copilot allows you and your colleagues to work on a document simultaneously and see what everyone has done at any given point in time. While Copilot helps in developing the document, more content from the organization’s databases, files and the internet can be added to it.

In addition, Excel now supports formulae like XLOOKUP and SUMIF, conditional formatting, and the capability to iterate with Copilot over chart and pivot table type of visualizations. Copilot in Excel with Python has been made available for public preview.

The company has introduced a new inbox feature to its Copilot in Outlook. This feature assists users in composing emails by guiding them with relevant information based on their prior communications and current position. Additionally, it will allow Outlook users to expand the functionalities of the Copilot and define themes, keywords, and necessary people on the chatbot for better concentration.

At the end of September 2024, when the Copilot feature is released to the public, OneDrive will already be implementing it.
Copilot Agents And The Agent Builder
Accompanied by a business chat and share point, copilot agents are intelligent assistants designed for use, aimed at automating and executing business processes of varying degrees of complexity helping in executing both simple and complex tasks. The agent builder functionality allows users to construct specialized AI agents that cater to various needs, thereby improving productivity.
In the next several weeks, business chat users will have widespread access to copilot agents and agent builder functionality, which is expected to be a general availability option. They are also slated to go into preview mode on share-point in early October.
